Sooo I slipped off the roof of the shed today

Post by dstocks »

Landed on my back and the 2 lengths of metal I was carrying landed on my head. 9 stitches later......

Head hurts like a bastard and will end up with an impressive bruise on my arm. Had obviously decided Sunday didnt have enough excitement. Lucky the metal landed on the thickest part of me....

Yep, it appears that if you do a good job on yourself, you are in and out fairly quick. wouldnt have been there more than an hour all up.

The blood was the most impressive part. Put my hand to my head after I fell only to find it covered in blood. Ran up to the house with my hand covering it to try and keep the pressure on it and it was running down my arm and dripping all over the floor. Grabbed the first rag I could find in the garage. Soaked up enough to cover a dinner plate. The expression on my sons face was interesting.
