I have a fto gpx manual gearbox 5-speed.
In good condition needs a new clutch for install and a allover degrease
Oil in it is still clean
Have all sensors and pedals etc for manual conversion
$500 for gearbox ono we can work sonething out and include other parts

How are the bearings

I believe the bearings are fine

The only number i could see today was this number behind the front mounting bracket the number is - F5M42
Is that the one your looking for or is there another one?

I think the swcond set od numbers is car specific not gearbox type. My gpr has a different second set but the first matches up and its defs an lsd. So should be ok if the v7a6 matches up for a helical (and probably for the others) although this is my speculatiob so feel freeto ignore me haha

Where would i find the rest of those numbers?

I do believe mine came out with a lsd as standard, but i could be wrong

If the numbers are part of the gearbox like they are in the photos above then it can't be car specific.

If they are painted on, or there is a plate or something attached then they could be car specific. They wouldnt change the mould for different numbers on every gearbox.

The numbers are stamped in on a little flat area of the box. I also believe the last set of numbers is a identification number, like a engine number.

Are the manual gearbox's all the same for the GR, GPX, GPvR aside from the LSD aspect?
