2 suggestions, seatbelt guides could paint them white and centre console seems not the be fitted quite flush on the left side.

Ok, we have to pay road tax over here, its supposed to pay for the roads to be kept "nice" although it doesn't work that way, it lines someones pockets instead.
But to have tax, you have to have an MOT (certificate from the garage to say your car is road legal) and insurance.
So basicaly if you haven't got your tax, you might not have insurance or a road worthy car.
So the law says you must have your tax showing (hence the tax disc holder) to prove that you and your car are legal.
Another words in Aussie english is your rego sticker.
