This is the perfect car for someone who likes to drive fast and know the car will keep up with them. This car has been specifically designed to go round corners really fast and leave the braking to the last minute.

Here are the Details of the car:

Oh look - you can just see bits of my black girl (before the vinyls went on)!!! - and glad I cleaned my wheels that day

Seriously, having known Stephen (ex-club president) for a long time and his car, and how much it has been spoilt - errr - I mean loved...... this is a bargain.

Damn you Stephen!!!! You can't sell it!!! Nooooooo!!!

Wow - never thought I would see the day.

Can also attest to the quality of the vehicle. Has been thoroughly maintained and improved in every area.

For that price, it is the bargain of the year. Steve would have spent much more than that on it!

Sorry to see you leave "the fold", but I am sure you will stay in touch!

For anyone in the market - buy this car. You will not be disappointed and with a re-spray it would be perfect.

yeah i don't want to dollar figure here as my gf still visits the forums from time to time ;) lets just say that the car many years ago was bought for 25k and with all the R&D time and effort put into developing stuff for this car the amount spent would be getting close to that...

if the price drops below 12k then the Creative Sports bonnet will go seperately, its never been used and ready for painting and as stated they're really expensive to bring in so i'll take a genuine offer.

the RPW extractors and engine pipe i bought to test against the Unique built ones (for my own interest as RPW refuse to publish Dyno results of any kind - but i'm not going into that here), never got around to it. these are still in the plastic from shipping.

the brake upgrade kit is 1600 + fitting and materials (2000-2200) and unfortunately i don't have my old brakes anymore so i can't take it off.

who knows if it'll sell, but if it does someone going to have fun driving it ;)

price cheap because:
* small panel damage (front left) not too bad
* one decent size scratch on the passenger door
both incidents came from people using the FTO to find out how big the parking spots were in shopping centres (and doing a runner).
* want to get rid of it as we have too many cars now
* (can't tow a boat with a FTO)

re the UNIQUE name, yeah apart from being one of the founders of this club, i spent hundreds of hours with UNIQUE AutoSports building mods specifically for the FTO as at the time (and still really) there wasn't anyone really making parts of the FTO.

so for the 12k you get about 400 hours of RND time, 15+k in Modifications, a rebuilt engine, strengthend gearbox, brand new interior and a free FTO.

if people like going round corners fast this is the car, there is only one other FTO in sydney that can go round corners as fast(or faster) and its now pretty much exclusively a track car.
