hmm im so lost on this topic..
my car has been making a funny nose like thing from the engine bay and my brother said that my pullie is gone... wats that? and where can i get one?

Sorry you went past three mechanics and why didnt you ask them to order one in and change it for you? I agree, check through the VIC section for a reputable FTO mechanic.. you may just have to bite the bullet & get it done, while you have it there they might even spot some other things that need to be done which you might as well get fixed up at the same time ...
e.g. get them to do the belts at the same time as the pulley, and if the other pulleys are in bad shape it might be worth replacing those now instead of later if you have the cash..
